She is a leader in both technology and non-technical business transformation initiatives including leading Lean/Six Sigma/Theory of Constraints transformation teams in support of USN/USMC aviation repair command.

Favorite Innovation Memory: Envisioning and standing up a “business” within the repair command; turning certain layoffs into a self-sustaining team providing fee-based specialized IT services. Jobs saved and necessary high-quality services provided to the Navy!
