Do I have to meet the monthly time requirement for Aerospace Education in one meeting, or can we do it over two meetings in the same month?

Absolutely, you can split up an AE lesson or series of lessons over different squadron meetings, if approved by the unit commander. You may also need/want to use the squadron meeting to prepare for a “field trip” to be taken on the weekend, which also counts as an AE activity or as part of AEX.
