No Peeking....eServices Registration Closed for Slotting

      Only 107 days until the 1st summer National Cadet Special Activity begins!  You may have noticed that eServices Event Registration & Payment "Activity Status" and "Payment" screens are turned off. They will remain off as we complete the initial slotting of the 2018 summer courses. Expect an eServices-generated email indicating whether you are being offered a primary slot or will remain on the alternate list on or about 1 March. In addition, your activity staff will send a welcome letter with further course-specific registration instructions by 10 March. Copies of these letters will be posted on the NCSAS.com website, as well. 
     We recommend not making any changes to existing applications until after 1 March, as the system is not designed to record  changes while applications are reviewed for selection.  
     However, we continue to take staff applications and late applications for cadet participation. If you want to start an application, please do but note that when you submit on the last tab of the eServices application, the screen will look frozen.  Don't worry, it is routing for approvals behind the scenes, and you will be able to see the status after 1 March.
